WHO WE ARE
We are a full service property management company to include in house maintenance which keeps cost down for all owners and tenant.
We handle all aspects of management from owner to tenant, but go above and beyond for our clients.
We do as little or as much as you want some owners prefer to personally do maintenance or have preferred trades they work with we are willing to work with them as well.
There are no upfront or hidden cost we pay for all advertising of your home at no additional cost to our owners.
Our staff meets all prospective tenants at the properties for viewing to be able to answer all questions they may have and to also insure the safety of the properties we manage.
The longevity of our employees makes them extremely knowledgeable of all of the properties we manage to include the properties, our owners and our tenants.
